A full-gut renovation and three-storey addition is underway for this Edwardian home in Toronto’s Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. Once divided into a triplex, the residence is being restored to a single-family dwelling with a renewed sense of cohesion and flow. The design balances heritage and modernity—reinterpreting Edwardian details through clean, contemporary silhouettes. Bold artisanal tiles introduce moments of texture and character, grounding the interiors in craftsmanship and material richness. Construction begins May 2026. Stay tuned as the project takes shape.
