Hill Crescent Oasis

Featured in Rue Magazine and Maclean’s, our Hill Crescent project is a 4,000-square-foot addition to a multi-generational residence near the Scarborough Bluffs, overlooking Lake Ontario.

Conceived as a study in layered luxury, the interiors balance bold marbles and warm woods with moody velvets, airy linens, and curated artwork. Formal living, dining, and bar spaces set the tone for elevated entertaining, while a serene principal suite, reimagined children’s rooms, and a private upper-level retreat offer refined comfort. Light oak herringbone flooring and a custom limewash finish unify the home, allowing texture, tone, and the lake views to take centre stage.
